April 27-May 2 : The Chi of Valley and Sea
A Conscious Connections Workshop in Devon and Cornwall.
How to connect the energy of the body and the energy of the earth. To be held at Eastcott Barn in a green secluded valley in Devon
and at The Bluff Centre on the rugged and exposed north coast of Cornwall.  A two-centre holiday with chi gung, meditations, walks and talks. Limited places. Priority booking given to Finnish visitors who have done previous Conscious Connections workshops in Finland.  Group travel from Helsinki on 26 April and May 3.

A weekend workshop in Finland. An introduction to shibashi taichi and ‘conscious connections’ - how to bring more life to your body and more clarity to your life. Details of venue and cost to be announced. Booking opens end of April.

31 August - 2 September : Residential Workshop
Dragon and Tiger Chi Gung - Basics.  Priority given to people
who have attended previous courses and already practise
shibashi taichi. Sopukka Centre, Near Helsinki Finland.

September 22-23 :  The Nature of Change
The principles of ‘fix and flux’ and how to adapt to changes in your life.  At Eastcott Barn, Devon.
