Essential Elements, Opening the Energy Gates and Connecting Heaven and Earth. Simple exercises to assert our vertical alignment, grounding on the earth and reaching for the heavens. Cost £48 for six classes.
Outdoor Chi
Occasional practice sessions announced by email to class members in fine warm weather at short notice.
Autumn Classes
6 September to 15 November (except 11 October)
Movements drawn from various chigung exercises to help you embody a connection to both earth energy and solar chi. These will include 'tiger' and 'dragon' movements - the tiger representing our primal closeness to nature, and dragon suggesting the volatile energies of fire and air. We'll use a specific set of seven 'dragon and tiger' exercises but also see how those energies are incorporated in many other movements too. Beginners are welcome to join this series of classes on 6 September. Please attend all sessions to get the full benefit. If you know in advance you can't attend one of the classes, there's a discount of £8 using code £8OFF at the checkout. Classes cost £8 each payable online by booking five classes in advance (£40) before 6 September and 18 October.

Spring Retreat: Pure Presence II

We return to Florence House, a lovely villa by the sea on the South Coast of England and continue to discover the power and freedom of pure presence. It belongs to everyone who has access to its energy and purpose - and yet it is so rarely known. Chigung exercises, meditations, talks and dialogues. Mainly vegetarian/vegan cuisine. The retreat is easy to reach by train from London and from Gatwick or Heathrow airports. Cost: £800/700 single/shared, fully inclusive of accommodation, all meals and course fee.
