Courses on a particular theme, each lasting for six or seven weeks.
Each class is for 90 minutes on Wednesday mornings, starting at 10.30am.
Cost £5 per class paid in advance for six or seven weeks of classes.
Not suitable for complete beginners.

Between the courses, and if the weather is fine, there are usually free chi gung practice sessions in Hestercombe Gardens on Wednesdays from 10.30 and Saturdays from 10am for an hour. Anyone who practices Shibashi Taichi may attend. Garden entrance fee applies.

The Course in Conscious Living
Meetings in Wellington, Somerset once a month on Sunday afternoons:
24 May, 14 June, 12 July, 9 August, 13 September, 11 October, 15 November, 20 December.
A continuing series of meetings promoting a conscious connection to what is most real in our lives, and to support individuals with the challenges facing them, through talks, dialogues, feedback and the practice of certain exercises and disciplines. It is not a requirement to attend all sessions. Details of venue, times and cost are supplied directly to those who register their interest in advance.

Shibashi Taichi for Beginners
An introduction to chi gung. Learn a simple set of 18 movements for relaxation and wellbeing. Two six week sets of classes on Thursday evenings 6.30-8.15pm at The Counting House, Tonedale Mill, Wellington, Somerset. Limited numbers. Advance booking required for each set of six classes. £40 per six weeks.

C School, Paraistentie 3, 00280 Helsinki €80. — A refresher for those who learned the 15 movements of ‘Taichi Labbnäs’ at the Summer Chi Gathering in July. A few places will be allocated to people who were not there but who regularly practice chi gung and have worked with Clive Tempest before. The emphasis is on referencing the form to the ‘Five Shields’, as introduced at Labbnäs.
Sunday Afternoon 22.11.15: ‘Tuomiosunnuntai’ – Doom Sunday. 14.00-18.00 Pitsku Community Church. €35. Facing up to dread in the dark days of November. Why we are scared of going into the dark, the black? What strategies can we use in the conscious life to overcome insecurity?
